Data-Figure Components
Deterministic, code-rendered figures for evidence-graded articles. Every chart is real SVG computed from real numbers — never an image of a chart. Each figure carries an optional caption and a mandatory source line, and adapts to both themes.
1 · ComparisonTable
| Peptide | Typical dose | Half-life | Primary use | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BPC-157 | 250–500 µg | ~4 h | Soft-tissue & gut repair | |
| TB-500 (Tβ4) | 2–2.5 mg | ~2–8 h | Tissue repair, angiogenesis | |
| GHK-Cu | 1–2 mg | ~1 h | Skin & wound healing | |
| Thymosin α-1 | 1.6 mg | ~2 h | Immune modulation | |
| Semaglutide | 0.25–2.4 mg/wk | ~7 days | Metabolic / weight |

2 · DosingChart
Source: Illustrative clinical ranges. BPC-157 is investigational and not approved by the FDA or EMA.
3 · HalfLifeCurve
Source: Deterministic model, C(t) = dose · 0.5^(t/t½). Thymosin β4 kinetics are illustrative and investigational.
4 · Timeline
- Screening & baseline labs Day 0
Fibrinogen, lipid panel, Lp(a), coagulation, and viral serology before the first session.
- Venous access ~10 min
Two peripheral lines are placed and regional anticoagulation is started.
- Plasma separation ~30 min
Whole blood is separated into plasma and cellular components.
- Precipitation & filtration ~90 min
Heparin-mediated precipitation removes LDL, Lp(a), and fibrinogen; plasma is filtered and reconstituted.
- Reinfusion & monitoring ~20 min
Treated blood is returned to the patient while vitals are monitored.
- Follow-up review Week 1
Repeat markers are drawn and the series cadence is scheduled.

5 · EvidenceGrade
The four-step evidence ladder used across the site and inside ComparisonTable cells.
6 · StatCallout
Plasma half-life
≈ 2–8 hours
Reported elimination half-life range for thymosin β4 fragments.

Cleared per half-life
50%
Every half-life removes half of the drug still in circulation — the basis of the decay curve above.
